Most of our Sub-Contractors have done our Trade work for over 20 years. They understand our mission to build the very best house for your money, attention to every detail and all will tell you..we will not build an ugly house, or a disfunctional either!

Bio: Native of Irwin County Georgia. Began working in Construction with father at age of 15, has been at it ever since. Owned and operated construction company in Douglas Georgia 1984 -1991. Worked as Tile Designer and installer for both Nellie's Interiors Douglas, Ga. and Fitzgerald Floorcovering, Fitzgerald. Owned and operated Fourth Street Interiors Ocilla Ga. from 1994 , selling retail portion in 1999, retaining Design and Construction branches till present. Owned and operated The Shoppes at Fourth & Cherry Ocilla 2002-2005. Moving to Lake Blackshear in 2006 where we continue to own and operate Fourth Street Design & Construction
